Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The Promotion is organised and operated by BetAI (“BetAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the platform accessible at betaiplatform.com.

1.2 BetAI’s management team shall act as the sole overseer of the Promotion, including but not limited to the administration of the draw process, winner selection, prize distribution, and all related decisions. All decisions made by BetAI in connection with this Promotion are final and binding.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion is open for entries during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament, commencing on the official tournament start date and ending on 20 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2.3 BetAI reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Promotion Period at any time at its sole discretion, with notice provided via betaiplatform.com or BetAI’s official social media channels.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who, during the Promotion Period, satisfy all of the following conditions (“Eligible Participants”):

• (a) Are aged 18 years or older, or of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
• (b) Have created a valid account on betaiplatform.com using a legitimate, active email address;
• (c) Have followed BetAI’s official X (formerly Twitter) account at the handle @BetAI_Platform;
• (d) Have used the Q&A chat feature on the BetAI platform to ask at least five questions during the Promotion Period;
• (e) Are not residents of any jurisdiction where participation in such promotions, prize draws, or the receipt of digital asset prizes is prohibited by applicable law.

3.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or agents of BetAI or any of its affiliates;
• Immediate family members of the above;
• Any person who has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with their account or participation.

3.3 BetAI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

3.4 Participation in this Promotion is entirely voluntary. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Promotion, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

• Step 1: Create an account on betaiplatform.com with a valid email address.
• Step 2: Follow BetAI’s official X account: @BetAI_Platform.
• Step 3: Use the Q&A chat feature on betaiplatform.com to ask at least one World Cup-related question.

4.2 Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw regardless of the number of questions asked, unless BetAI announces additional entry mechanisms via its official channels.

4.3 Automated, bulk, or third-party assisted entries are not permitted and will result in disqualification.

4.4 BetAI reserves the right to reject any entry that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.

5. The Prize

5.1 The total prize pool for this Promotion is up to USD $100,000 in value (“Prize Pool”), to be shared among winners as determined by BetAI.

5.2 Prizes may include, but are not limited to, any one or more of the following digital assets:

• (a) BetAI digital tokens (“BetAI Coin”);
• (b) US dollar-pegged stablecoins;
• (c) Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

5.3 The specific composition, allocation, and individual value of each prize awarded to each winner shall be determined at a future date at the sole discretion of BetAI. BetAI will announce prize details via betaiplatform.com and its official social media channels prior to distribution.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered unless BetAI determines otherwise in its sole discretion.

5.5 BetAI makes no representation or warranty regarding the future value of any digital asset prize, including BetAI Coin. The value of digital assets is subject to market volatility and may increase or decrease after distribution. Participants accept all risks associated with receiving digital assets as prizes.

5.6 Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, levies, or other charges applicable to their receipt of a prize in their jurisdiction of residence. BetAI accepts no liability for any tax obligations arising from the award of a prize.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all Eligible Participants following the official launch of BetAI Coin (“Draw Date”). The Draw Date will be announced via betaiplatform.com and/or BetAI’s official social media channels.

6.2 The number of winners selected will be determined by BetAI at its sole discretion and announced prior to or at the time of the draw.

6.3 The draw will be conducted by BetAI’s management team. BetAI reserves the right to engage an independent third party to oversee the draw process at its discretion.

6.4 The draw results are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their betaiplatform.com account within a reasonable time following the draw.

7.2 It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their registered email address is valid, active, and accessible. BetAI accepts no responsibility for notifications that are undelivered, delayed, or directed to spam or junk folders.

7.3 With the prior written consent of each winner, BetAI may announce winner identities on social media platforms including but not limited to X, YouTube, and Instagram. No winner’s identity will be published without their express consent.

7.4 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to claim their prize within the timeframe specified by BetAI (“Claim Period”), BetAI reserves the right to retract the prize and, at its discretion, select an alternative winner or return the prize to the Prize Pool.

7.5 The duration of the Claim Period will be announced by BetAI at a future date via official channels.

8. Prize Claiming

8.1 To claim their prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in their notification email, which may include verification of identity and eligibility.

8.2 Winners may be required to provide a compatible digital wallet address for the delivery of digital asset prizes. BetAI accepts no responsibility for prizes delivered to incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible wallet addresses provided by winners.

8.3 BetAI reserves the right to withhold delivery of a prize pending satisfactory completion of any identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by applicable law or BetAI’s internal policies.

9. Disqualification

9.1 BetAI reserves the right to disqualify any participant, at any stage of the Promotion, who:

• (a) Breaches any of these Terms;
• (b) Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• (c) Engages in any fraudulent, dishonest, or disruptive behaviour in connection with the Promotion;
• (d) Creates multiple accounts to gain additional entries;
• (e) Uses automated tools, bots, or scripts to participate;
• (f) Is found to be ineligible under clause 3 above.

9.2 BetAI’s decision to disqualify any participant is final.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetAI accepts no liability for:

• (a) Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion;
• (b) Technical failures, server errors, network disruptions, or platform outages affecting entry or participation;
• (c) Lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries or notifications;
• (d) Fluctuations in the value of digital asset prizes following distribution;
• (e) Any inability to access or use digital asset prizes due to wallet incompatibility, network fees, or regulatory restrictions in the winner’s jurisdiction.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit BetAI’s liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and distributing prizes.

11.2 BetAI will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at betaiplatform.com, and applicable data protection laws.

11.3 By participating, participants consent to BetAI processing their personal data as described above.

11.4 BetAI will not sell or share participant personal data with third parties except as required for prize delivery or as required by law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Any content submitted by participants via the Q&A chat feature during the Promotion Period remains the intellectual property of the participant. By submitting content, participants grant BetAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for internal analytics, platform improvement, and promotional purposes.

13. Modification and Cancellation

13.1 BetAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical failures, fraud, circumstances beyond BetAI’s control, or any other reason at BetAI’s sole discretion.

13.2 In the event of cancellation, BetAI will endeavour to notify participants via betaiplatform.com and its official social media channels as soon as reasonably practicable.

13.3 BetAI accepts no liability for any loss or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of modification or cancellation of the Promotion.

14. Digital Asset Disclaimer

14.1 Digital asset prizes, including BetAI Coin, stablecoins, and NFTs, are subject to significant market, regulatory, and technological risks. Their value may be highly volatile and there is no guarantee of any particular value at the time of distribution or thereafter.

14.2 Participants and winners are solely responsible for ensuring that receipt and holding of digital asset prizes is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. BetAI makes no representation that digital asset prizes are legal or appropriate for recipients in any particular jurisdiction.

14.3 BetAI Coin has not been registered as a security with any regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation to purchase any digital asset.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be confirmed by BetAI’s legal counsel], without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 BetAI’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

16.5 By participating in the Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
